Flashpoint Life Skills Course

I have recently been made aware of courses that run for children at the Flashpoint Centre in Bodmin,they include beach safety,road safety etc which after the children have completed,they collect a certificate. There are different courses depending on the age of children,starting from 5-7 yrs. If anyone is interested please get in contact with Raegs on 01208264879 or email me at raegs75. The lady who proposed these courses to me works for the Fire service and is very keen to set up a day, using Flashpoint centre as the venue, which would be more for older children using the ‘Blitz’ and ‘Rush’ schemes, which involve all emergency services conducting a talk to the children using some media too. These are used in schools and colleges but currently there is no-one who makes this really important info available to our home-ed kids,Ali is very keen and willing to try and set up something for us , as she is hoping to home-ed her children as well.The course at Flashpoint is £2 per child but the other schemes will be free of charge.
