When: Thursday 10 June 2010, 10.45am – 3pm
Where: Pill Farm, Trevilla, Feock, Truro, Cornwall TR3 6QG, UK
Cost: £1 per person.

The Thursday HE group will be visiting Pill Farm, part of the Trelissick Estate nr Feock, Truro.

We’ll get the chance to shear sheep, and have a go at weaving and felting. Neil, the warden, always puts on a fab day.

Bring packed lunch. There is plenty of indoor space if wet so it will still go ahead if the rain continues.

Head to King Harry Ferry from Playing Place roundabout. Turn left at ferry sign B3289 and then take a right by a postbox and follow road down towards Feock/Loe Beach. Do not get as far as Trelissick. The turning is nearer to the top of the road. Pill Farm is on the left along a bumpy track. I will try to get there early to check the sign is visible as sometimes it gets very overgrown!
